EL / PL - Personal Injury Solicitor - Manchester - up to £50,000Due to the development and continued growth of the firm’s Personal Injury, it is now seeking to appoint a Solicitor / experienced Fee Earner who will be accountable for managing your own caseload advising on liability and quantum on Fast-Track and Multi-Track cases.Responsibilities

Handle your own EL/PL caseload from instruction to settlementDraft witness statements, review expert evidence, instruct medical experts and counselAttend conferences and trials, assess quantum and make offers of settlementWork to deadlines and manage a varied caseloadCollaborate with team members and work with Partners as part of the firmQualifications

Solicitor / Litigation Executive with experience of handling an EL/PL caseloadLitigation experience is desirableExperience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloadExcellent communication and client care skillsAbility to work well both in a team and on own initiativeBenefits
