As a

Care Assistant,

you will be expected to carry out the following tasks:

Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to our residents including both physical, personal care and support with social activities,Promoting and supporting the physical, emotional and well-being of our residentsEncourage independence and self-beliefEnsure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.

Person Specification

Hold a care certificate or willing to undertake a care qualificationPersonable, an effective communicator and a team playerPassionate about delivering a quality care serviceFlexible with hours.
