About the Role

• Support children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and/or challenging behaviour.
• Use your coaching background to deliver engaging activities that promote confidence, teamwork and resilience.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support, helping pupils access learning and reach their potential.
• Assist teaching staff in creating a positive, structured and inclusive learning environment.
• Support pupils in lessons, at break times, and during enrichment activities.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a sports coach, activity leader, or youth mentor.
• A passion for working with children and young people.
• Resilience, energy and excellent communication skills.
• A positive role model who can motivate and inspire.
• Willingness to adapt coaching approaches to meet individual needs.
