Principal Consultant - PPP and Technical Advice

Arup .Responsibilities

Lead role on Lenders’ Technical Advisor, Government Technical Advisor or Concessionaire engagements for PPP projects.Provide technical advice on major PPP infrastructure projects, supported by technical specialists within

Arup , and deliver Due Diligence and PPP Feasibility reports and advice notes to lenders and their advisors.Act as a technical specialist in relevant areas and provide technical input to a range of clients; produce project deliverables in accordance with engagements.Work across Arup teams, mentoring and supporting team members.Assist with and prepare bids for new work; manage client relationships and Arup PM tasks including invoicing.Requirements and skills

Professionally qualified with typically more than 10 years’ professional experience on infrastructure projects.Knowledge of all stages of infrastructure projects including operation and maintenance; demonstrable technical knowledge across a range of disciplines.Proven track record of providing technical advice to clients on major infrastructure projects; knowledge of the following areas: project management and transport infrastructure design and scheme development; construction contracts; infrastructure maintenance activities; performance-based payment mechanisms; asset management; due diligence reporting and feasibility reporting; procurement processes.Experience liaising with and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams; practical experience of operation and maintenance procedures; ability to speak a second language; self-motivated, enthusiastic and committed to self and team development.What we offer
