Key Responsibilities: Lead the organisation''s finance function, ensuring accurate financial management, strong governance, and effective decision-making. Prepare and oversee budgets, forecasts, cashflow projections, and management accounts to support organisational planning and performance. Manage the full lifecycle of grant and contract finances, including budget monitoring, reporting, compliance, and audit support. Provide financial insight and strategic advice to senior leadership, supporting long-term sustainability and growth. Produce clear and timely financial reports for senior leaders, trustees, funders, and other stakeholders. Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing, payments, and banking activities.
