Responsibilities will include assisting with sales and purchase transactions, conducting searches, drafting contracts, dealing with enquiries and incoming funds and liaising with clients, solicitors and other third parties. You will also be involved in preparing completion statements and bills, as well as submitting applications to HM Land Registry and HMRC for SDLT.Experience handling new build transactions would be beneficial, though it is not a requirement.You will join a supportive and collaborative team of Conveyancers, Assistants and Administrators, working across a broad range of residential property matters.
