We are looking to hire an Applications Support Analyst (NEC Housing) to ensure their business-critical applications are stable The Applications Support Specialist role exists to ensure their business-critical applications are stable, reliable and fully supported. The Applications Support Analyst (NEC Housing) provides technical knowledge across the full application portfolio, with a heavy focus on NEC Housing, helping to keep systems running smoothly so that operational teams can deliver services effectively. On a daily basis the Applications Support Analyst (NEC Housing) will be responsible for: Provide expert support across Hyde''s application portfolio, resolving incidents and service requests within agreed service levels. Lead the investigation and resolution of high-priority incidents, restoring service quickly and reducing business disruption. Troubleshoot application, integration and data issues using a structured, methodical approach. Carry out root cause analysis on recurring or complex issues, documenting findings and recommending long-term fixes.
