The Role As a Residential Surveyor, you will: Level 2 Surveys Level 3 Surveys (Our clients are happy to train if necessary) Red Book Valuations Bespoke Building Surveys Private and Panel work Liaising with the centralised hub regarding appointments Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure work is carried out to deadlines Residential Surveyor Requirements Minimum AssocRICS qualified or higher Registered Valuer status essential Proven track record in residential surveying Strong attention to detail and report writing accuracy Excellent communication and client relationship skills Full UK driving licence What''s on Offer? £45,000 - £60,000 basic salary 10% commission on personal net billings Upto £90,000 OTE Car allowance Holiday ..... full job details .....
