Role and Responsibilities of the Customer Account Executive: Build strong relationships with an existing customer portfolio. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and services. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell. Proactively contact customers to maximise account potential. Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to completion. Maintain accurate CRM records and account activity. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service. About You as the Customer Account Executive: Previous experience within account management, customer success, customer retention, internal sales or sales.
