We''re working with a long-established, down-to-earth engineering business based in Medway, known for stability, quality craftsmanship, and a team that genuinely looks out for each other.

They''re looking for experienced Welder/Fabricators to join their onsite workshop, producing high-quality, bespoke metalwork for a range of industrial and architectural projects.
What''s on offer:

• Competitive pay - up to -19.00 per hour (DOE)
• Day shifts: 7am-5pm, Monday to Friday
• Plenty of overtime available at enhanced rates

The role:

• MIG & TIG welding on a range of metals
• Fabrication and assembly of architectural metalwork, structural steel, balustrades, and balcony systems
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Cutting, bending, and shaping metal components to precise measurements
• Working to high-quality standards with a focus on safety and accuracy

About you:

• Proven welding and fabrication experience
• Skilled in architectural metalwork and structural steel fabrication
• Experience working on balustrade and balcony projects
• Ability to work from engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your craft
• Team player with a positive, reliable attitude
