An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 14-bed residential service in Blackley, Manchester, supporting adults with acquired brain injuries. The service provides a calm, structured and empowering environment where the people supported can relearn essential life skills, develop greater independence and live lifestyles of their choosing. We are looking for an experienced manager with a strong background in Residential Care and experience managing people, services and quality within an ABI or Complex Needs setting. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of CQC requirements and be committed to promoting independence, choice and respect.
