You will have experience with month-end processes, financial reporting, day-to-day finance operations and leading a team.Key responsibilities of a Finance Manager include:Maintain accurate and timely finance operations across all processesPrepare monthly management accountsCoordinate both internal and external audits and prepare year-end audit filesSupport with budgeting and forecastingOversee purchase, sales and general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations and fixed assetsManage weekly and monthly cashflow forecastingOversee payroll preparation and processing and pension administrationAnalyse production efficiency, scrap rates, stock movements and identify cost-saving opportunitiesProvide financial insight on operational decisions and support cost controlLead the effective use of systems, ensuring data accuracyProduce daily, weekly and monthly KPI reportingLead, support and develop the finance teamOffer ..... full job details .....
