As IT Infrastructure Team Manager, you will lead the Infrastructure team in delivering secure, reliable and high-performing IT systems and platforms across all College sites. You will be responsible for day-to-day infrastructure operations, technical delivery and team management, covering servers, cloud platforms, networks, core systems, cyber security and disaster recovery. You will act as the escalation point for complex incidents, drive service improvement and provide strong technical input into projects and operational decisions. The College is continuing to modernise and strengthen its infrastructure services, with active work across Microsoft 365, cloud services, cyber security, device management and service resilience.
