Sie Manager required to oversee a small commercial fit-out project on Milton Park (business park), Abingdon/Didcot.This is a starightforwrd CAT B fit-out with only 4 - 5 subcontractors on site to manage. A Contracts Manager will visit on a weekly basis, but essentially the Site Manager will need to be capable of working autonimously, liaising with the client and subcontractors, ensuring Health and Safety procedures are being adhered to with the aim of delivering the project efficently and to programme.Start date is scheduled for April 7th but may shift back one week.SMSTS and First Aid Certificates required. ..... full job details .....
