This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Controller who enjoys combining hands-on financial management with team leadership and commercial involvement.Hybrid working 1-2 days in the office£70,000-£75,000Private healthcare Reporting into senior leadership, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day finance function, ensuring the delivery of accurate financial information, developing the team and driving improvements across reporting, systems and processes. The role offers plenty of variety and the opportunity to make a real impact within a well-established business. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Lead, manage and develop a small finance team Take responsibility for budgeting, forecasting and financial planning, providing insight to support business decisions. Work closely with senior stakeholders to review financial performance, identify risks and highlight opportunities. Review and improve financial processes, systems and internal controls to drive greater efficiency. Monitor key financial and operational performance indicators, providing meaningful analysis and recommendations.
