Interim Senior HR Business Partner

New Senior HR Business Partner role, based in Surrey or East Sussex We are delighted to be working with one of our clients, as they look to recruit for a Senior HR Business Partner for a period of 6 months. Salary - up to 75k per annum (DOE)Working pattern - 4 days in the office, 1 day from homeTerm - Full time and interim for 6 months There is an expectation to travel to Jersey and Guernsey on a monthly basis. The Senior HR Business Partner will work across the group with senior leaders and management to address all HR/ people related issues and support with upcoming change projects. The right candidate will need to have:Proven experience with luxury hotels, hospitality, high-end restaurants, leisure or retail. Possess a detailed knowledge and experience of advising directly on a range of HR, management and employee relations issues within a complex organisationBe CIPD qualified, desirableBe able to demonstrate the ability to manage and mitigate risk, in an employee relations context, based on a highly developed understanding of relevant employment legislation and high-quality case planningSignificant experience of undertaking investigations and supporting managers during formal procedures, including drafting and collating a range of complex and detailed documentsExperience of supporting line managers to continuously improve employee performance and to effectively manage organisational changeSkilled in the provision of coaching, guidance and advice to Line Managers, ..... full job details .....
