This is a full-time permanent position to start asap. The firm is a successful multi-office practice, who deliver a range of services to clients based locally and further afield. They have a good reputation and are a leading Legal firm who pride themselves on providing an elevated level of client care. THE ROLE Our client is currently recruiting for a Family Solicitor with at least 5+ years PQE practicing in Family Law to join an expanding Family Department. There is an opportunity for remote working, enabling the team to spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office. You will be responsible for managing a range of Family matters including divorce and financial settlement. You will be managing your own caseload attempting to resolve complex claims and reach settlement outside of court through alternative dispute resolution. Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing court documents such as pleadings or witness statements and consulting with a variety of other professionals including psychologists, doctors, social workers, and police officers. You will also be researching historic cases that bare resemblance to your ongoing files.
