The Role Senior Quantity Surveyor As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you ll oversee the commercial aspects of medium to large residential new build projects. You ll manage cost control, procurement, valuations and reporting while working closely with operational teams to ensure strong commercial outcomes. You ll report into a Managing QS and will be supported by assistant and trainee surveyors, giving you the chance to lead day-to-day commercial activities while contributing to team development.
