Overview
This is an exciting leadership opportunity to develop Speech and Language Therapy Apprenticeships across London. You will join the North Central London (NCL) AHP Faculty project team, supporting a range of workforce and education projects including apprenticeships, preceptorships, the support workforce, student placements, and Advanced Clinical Practice.Responsibilities
Lead the development and expansion of Speech and Language Therapy Apprenticeships across the 5 London Integrated Care Systems as a “once for London” approach.Collaborate with healthcare providers, educational institutions, and key system partners to align with national AHP priorities and workforce strategies.Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the successful delivery of the project and contribute to evaluating and reporting its outcomes.Support other AHP Faculty workstreams and subgroups as required.Qualifications
Experience as a Speech and Language Therapist with a strong understanding of workforce initiatives, particularly growth and expansion of apprenticeships.Employment details
