You''ll support applications from submission through to offer and completion, helping to drive an efficient, accurate and timely process at every stage. What You''ll Be Doing Take full ownership of post-offer applications, managing cases end-to-end to deliver positive outcomes for brokers and customers. Assess and process applications in line with Credit Policy, Customer Due Diligence (CDD) requirements and operational procedures. Contribute to an exceptional customer experience and consistently high service standards. Manage application pipelines effectively, progressing cases efficiently and in line with established processes, policies and agreed SLAs.
