Quality and Compliance Manager, Knowsley.I am recruiting a Quality and Compliance Manager for my client in Knowsley.The ideal candidate will lead the continuous improvement of product quality and ensure business-wide compliance across all areas. This key role will involve implementing and managing processes, certifications, and supplier compliance while driving quality improvement initiatives across the business.Overview of the role:Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all departments.Lead quality and continuous improvement projects, working with teams across the business.Ensure all products meet clearly defined quality standards, supporting teams from Sales to Distribution.Collaborate with Purchasing to improve raw material quality and create Material Purchasing Specifications (MPSs).Manage non-conformance processes and ensure corrective actions are effective.Work with Production teams to ensure SOPs are adhered to through audits and education sessions.Analyse product returns and customer service issues, coordinating the internal process to resolve recurring issues.Introduce KPIs and produce regular reports on key quality metrics, such as internal defects, customer returns, and right-first-time (RFT).Become the main point of contact for product quality-related issues.Support Sales and Customer Service with escalated customer complaints and quality-related concerns.Compliance ManagementLead the implementation and maintenance of all required ..... full job details .....
