Responsibilities

Lead people with empathy and drive culture change within the Distribution Centre, Retail, or Logistics environments.

Implement transformational change initiatives to elevate team performance and employee satisfaction.

Create a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations; collaborate with the HandS Manager.

Meet and exceed customer service requirements while managing the operational budget effectively.

Advocate for employee engagement through leadership and initiatives that encourage communication and feedback.

Build positive relationships with union representatives and maintain constructive labour relations.

Participate in UK and Ireland network management decisions and represent Martin Brower positively within the industry.

Qualifications

Experience: Significant background in FMCG operations, particularly within a retail or distribution centre; proven ability to manage large, complex budgets and operations.

Transformational Leader: Ability to sponsor and lead continuous improvement while prioritizing employee wellbeing.

Exceptional Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills to foster trust and transparent dialogue.

Empathetic People Leader: Passion for developing talent and creating a culture where employees thrive.

Strategic Thinker: Uses data and insights to drive business outcomes and adapt to industry trends.
