This is a rewarding opportunity for experienced support workers who are passionate about helping young people overcome challenges, develop life skills and achieve positive outcomes. The Role You will provide high-quality support to both male and female young people with a range of complex needs, helping them develop independence while ensuring their safety and wellbeing. The young people you will support may present with challenging behaviours, mental health needs and a history of absconding, so you must be confident working within clear boundaries and following safeguarding procedures at all times. This role requires someone who is firm but fair, able to build positive relationships while maintaining professional boundaries and consistently following policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Provide person-centred support to young people aged 16-18. Build positive, trusting relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.
