Experienced Painter and Decorator

RGB Recruitment are seeking highly skilled Painter and Decorators to work on a prestigious listed building project in Exeter.

This is a large-scale, detail-focused refurbishment where quality and precision are absolutely key. The role will suit decorators who take real pride in their craft and have experience working to a high standard, particularly on heritage or sensitive projects.

Duties will include:

- High-end internal and decorating
- Fine finishing work with strong attention to detail
- Surface preparation to an exceptional standard
- Working carefully within a listed/heritage environment

Requirements:

- Proven experience in high-quality painting and decorating
- Previous work on listed buildings or heritage sites (preferred)
- Excellent eye for detail and neatness
- Own tools and PPE
- CSCS card desirable
- Reliable, professional, and able to work with care in sensitive environments
