Would you like to work for an established Facilities Maintenance provider?An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider working on an Established portfolio within London and surrounding areas.The successful candidate will be carrying out maintenance and reactive tasks across the portfolio.The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial maintenance.This position would be ideal for a Mobile Mechanical Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within Mechanical maintenance. In return the company are offering a salary up to 43,000 with overtime and a Van + Fuel card provided. Key Duties and Responsibilities: PPM''s and Reactive works AHU''s and FCU''s Carrying out Maintenance and Repairs to HIU systems Update contract managers with relevant client or site informationUpdating site log booksProvide further works reports where required Completing all works to a high standard Ensure method statements and risk assessments are prepared and used for all tasksSupervising Sub-ContractorsPipe fitting Required Skills: Mechanical Level 2 or Level 3 NVQExperience with maintaining / repairing HIU systems Experience with working in Commercial and Residential Plant roomsWorking experience ..... full job details .....
