Due to continued success and a strong pipeline of work, they are actively seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.This is a full-time permanent position based out of their Leicester office with hybrid and flexible working.Your new roleAs Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of civil engineering projects from pre-construction through to final account.Key responsibilities will include:Managing project costs, budgets, forecasts and financial reportingAdministering NEC form of contractPreparing and submitting applications for payment and managing cash flowIdentifying, pricing and negotiating compensation events, variations and change controlProcuring subcontractors and managing subcontract accountsPreparing interim valuations and agreeing final accountsMonitoring project performance and identifying opportunities to improve commercial outcomesProviding commercial support and guidance to project delivery teamsManaging project risks and opportunities throughout the project ..... full job details .....
