The programme is currently in its discovery phase and is expected to run for approximately 12 months, with the initial 4-month engagement focused on Technology and IT workstreams. Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions.Conduct business process analysis and process mapping activities.Support technology integration workstreams within a wider transformation programme.Analyse datasets and produce reporting using Excel and other relevant tools.Document current and future-state processes.Coordinate with business and IT teams to ensure successful delivery of technology change initiatives.Support application discovery, assessment, testing, and migration activities.Assist with end-user computing and device deployment projects.Contribute to organisational change initiatives and user adoption activities.
