1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicantsReporting into the Bridal Manager, the Senior Bridal Sales Associate will be based at our flagship store on Sloane Street, hosting all bridal collection appointments, representing the brand within the bridal and retail departments and providing the first point of contact for all bridal enquiries.The successful individual will continue to build on the reputation of the luxury service offered within the bridal department, with an opportunity to share your knowledge and experience.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Offering a warm and professional service to all clientsStyling brides with total looks envisioning the Emilia Wickstead womanManaging the bridal diary, clienteling, processing customer informationResponding to customer enquiries; the role demands a good understanding of Excel and Outlook and a candidate who is highly computer literate due to the heavy amount of administrative workAchieve monthly sales targets set by the Bridal ManagerMaintain comprehensive knowledge across all departments, including ready-to-wear collections and homeware for cross-selling opportunitiesWork closely with the atelier to manage the timeline of all bridal journeys and ensure an elevated service and standardHosting fitting appointments with Head Fitter for all alterationsSupport the Bridal Manager with Bespoke bridal clientsSupport the bridal department within the store with varied responsibilities across stock management, visual merchandising, and general housekeepingPrevious experience within the bridal industry or in a luxury retail environmentPrevious experience in a customer facing roleProficient level of numeracy and literacyWho we are looking for:An intelligent and resilient person with integrity and an optimistic and courteous attitudeStrong communication skills with excellent ability to multitask while working well alongside a teamComputer literate with a good understanding of Excel and Outlook Analytical, detail oriented and highly organisedSomeone with a professional manner who is aesthetic drivenA proud representative of the brand, who thrives from working with a luxury productWe value initiative and enthusiasm supported by dedication and a strong work ethicThe successful candidate requires an understanding of luxury service and experience in the luxury fashion/bridal sector.You will be able to demonstrate a history of success in sales whilst at the same time providing an impeccable service to clients.You will also have a good knowledge of fabrics, garment construction and a broader knowledge of the brand and relevant trends.Seniority level
