Legal Secretary - Residential ConveyancingEdinburgh City Centre fully office-based rolePermanent role Full-Time Hours Monday to FridaySalary up to 30,000 per annum + benefits (depending on experience)Search Consultancy are delighted to be working exclusively with a leading Law firm based in Edinburgh City Centre to recruit this permanent role within their Residential Conveyancing team.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive Administration and Secretarial support to a number of Partners and Associates within the department to allow the fee-earners within the team to maximise their availability for legal work.This role would ideally suit an experienced Legal Secretary. Candidates with specific experience within Conveyancing would be preferred and will be in a position to command the upper level of the salary bracket on offer for this role.Duties involved in this role will include: Drafting of legal documentation and forms as required Carrying out client and file opening procedures Collating anti-money laundering documentation and running checks Communicating with clients on a daily basis Accurate completion of varied documentation and correspondence as allocated by the Support Manager in accordance with fee earner instructions Handling of both external and internal telephone calls Prompt and accurate noting and delivery of messages to the appropriate person Liaising with the Support Manager to help plan the allocation of work Provide assistance ..... full job details .....
