Support Engineer Contractor to join the Head Office of a company based just outside of Crewe, Cheshire East, must have own transport to access, minimal public transport access it is based on site paying upto 200 per day.This is an on-site role, Monday to Friday, providing essential user BAU support It is inside IR35The Role:As a key member of the IT team, you''ll be the first point of contact for all face-to-face and remote end-user issues. Your responsibilities will include:Providing comprehensive 2nd line support, resolving a wide range of technical issues.Identifying opportunities for IT process improvements and efficiency gains.Managing staff accounts and access permissions.Conducting IT inductions for all new starters.About You:Ideally, you''ll bring at least 3 years of experience in a similar support role.
