Health and Safety CDM Advisor required to join a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy. Working with clients across a variety of sectors including commercial, education, engineering, housing and leisure. Projects will be based across the North West. Health and Safety CDM Advisor Duties will include: Acting as CDM Advisor on a variety of construction projects. Ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 regulations from concept to completion. Preparing and reviewing pre-construction information and health and safety files. Advising clients, designers and contractors on their statutory duties under CDM. Carrying out site inspections and audits, providing practical, actionable feedback. Delivering training to client teams where required. Building strong, consultative relationships with clients and project stakeholders. Qualifications NEBOSH General and/or Construction Certificate or equivalent health and safety qualification Membership of IOSH, or similar professional body (TechIOSH, GradIOSH, etc.) Experience Experience in a consultancy, construction Health and Safety role.
