This is a great opportunity to join a supportive and friendly claims team, where you will manage claims from first notification through to settlement and have a genuine opportunity to contribute to improving the customer experience.What you''ll be doing Managing your own caseload of travel insurance claims from initial report through to closureProviding a high standard of customer service to policyholders, third parties and suppliersAssessing indemnity, liability and quantum in line with policyNegotiating claim settlements and arranging payments within agreed authority levelsIdentifying potential fraud indicatorsWhat you''ll bringExperience working in a travel insurance claims environment (essential)Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with customers, third parties and suppliersA self-motivated and organised approach, with the ability to work well within a teamConfidence in managing a busy caseload and meeting deadlinesThe ability to interpret information and data to identify trends and support improvementsA genuine commitment to delivering a positive and fair customer experienceWhat ..... full job details .....
