What you''ll be doing Own the technical health of the organisation''s Microsoft 365 estate - including Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and Defender - monitoring performance, managing alerts and driving proactive improvements. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for third-party vendors and managed service providers, ensuring solutions are aligned to business requirements and delivered to a high standard. Lead the response to major incidents, carrying out root cause analysis, coordinating internal and external teams, and putting in place measures to prevent recurrence.
