Overview

We are looking for a Paralegal to join our Residential Property team based out of our Oxford offices. The team handles a range of residential work from sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property for first and second time buyers through to more complex property transactions for clients building property portfolios.This role will support the team on the above work and would be a great fit for someone with conveyancing experience who wants to work closely with talented lawyers on interesting residential property matters.Responsibilities

Administrative tasks including opening files, ID checks, scanning, setting up bank transfers, and ordering searchesPreparing documents – contracts, transfer deeds, mortgage deeds, land transaction returnsMore legal work as it develops – checking titles, preparing legal reports, exchanging contracts and dealing with completionsCommunication with clients and other parties involved in transactions e.g. other solicitors, mortgage lenders and estate agentsWe offer a unique environment; you will be part of a one team culture that promotes direct responsibility with an expectation to always deliver the best service possible for clients within a collegiate, team-based environment.Most excitingly of all, you can help shape the future of legal and professional services in a friendly, caring business with little hierarchy.
