Regional Accounts and Growth Manager Salary: £50,000 £60,000 + £5,000 car allowance + £10,000 £15,000 realistic commission Location: Midlands/South ideally Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire or Northamptonshire Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8.30am 4.30pm Working pattern: Remote and field-based, visiting customers three to four days per week with head office attendance approximately twice per month Do you have commercial experience within automated access, industrial doors, fire and security, hard FM or a closely related technical-services sector? Our client is looking for a commercially driven Regional Account and Growth Manager with enough technical knowledge to understand customer requirements, identify opportunities and conduct initial site surveys. This is not a conventional account management role focused solely on maintaining existing relationships. You will be expected to actively grow a regional portfolio through new sites, service contracts, planned maintenance, projects and complementary service lines. Working across the South and Midlands, you will develop relationships with procurement, estates, engineering, projects and contract management teams.
