This company are a specialist steel fabricator who work with a broad range of clients nationwide ranging from major contractors to bespoke consultancies. Due to an ever increasing workload and taking on exciting new projects, they are looking to grow their design team. In this varied role, you will take on project management responsibilities, working closely with the design and production team and overseeing the design process. You will produce technical drawings on a variety of projects such as structural steelwork, glazed balustrades, and architectural metalwork, and oversee the design work of the rest of the team, offering guidance and mentoring where necessary.While the position is mainly office-based, some travel will be required.
