With offices and warehouses in London, they undertake projects both across the UK and globally. The company is known for its expertise in Interactive AV Installations, Projection Mapping, Fountains and Water Shows, Building Projection, and Light Trails. While a significant portion of their work is centered in London and the South East, they also frequently undertake international projects.

We are currently looking for an AV Engineer with expertise in Audio-Visual (AV), particularly in Video, Lighting, and Audio systems. Additionally, the role offers the opportunity to develop skills in water effects and lasers. This position primarily focuses on executing various events in a hands-on capacity. Responsibilities also include maintaining warehouse operations and ensuring the upkeep of equipment hire stock. Furthermore, the role entails participating in the installation works delivered by our team.

Preparation of Equipment for Events
Build of AV Systems for Installation
Maintenance of AV Hire Stock / Water System
Delivery of Events
Installation Works
Enforce quality control measures to guarantee the highest standard of production
Technical Expertise
Understanding and hands on experience of audio-visual equipment, lighting, staging, and other technical aspects of events.
A working knowledge of IT networking
Setup operation, and breakdown of AV equipment to ensure flawless execution during events.
Servicing and Maintenance of AV equipment, Electrical Distribution and Cabling
Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise and implement solutions in real-time.
Develop a knowledge of water effects and floatation systems
Develop skills to build up of water effect systems and rigging at events
Experience Required
Proven experience as a Technician in the AV/Events industry.
Experience working with a wide range of clients
Strong technical knowledge of AV equipment and production processes.
Excellent multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and occasional weekends, based on event schedules.
Use of CAD an advantage. Along with proficiency in all MS office including PowerPoint and SharePoint.
Driving Licence required.
