We are looking for an experienced and inspiring Sales Team Manager to drive operational excellence and lead a team of Sales Agents to deliver an optimum level of service to our customers.You will possess a proven track record of engaging with, motivating, and proactively managing a sales team and ideally have experience working in an FCA-regulated environment.
