The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the Apprenticeship function and support the Head of Apprenticeships. We are seeking a high-performing sales professional with a strong passion for business development, apprenticeships, and education. This role demands a results-driven individual who can identify and convert new opportunities, confidently engage employers at all levels, and position the college as the go-to partner for engineering apprenticeships and workforce development. You should be someone who enjoys meeting targets, works well under pressure and has a proven ability to build lasting client relationships. You will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment helping us grow our apprenticeship provision.
