Reporting to the Head of Division, you will act as a key contact for customer enquiries, manage a portfolio of client accounts, and support the delivery of high-quality products and services. Proactively manage and convert inbound business enquiries. Coordinate project briefs, sample requests, product quotations, and ensure deadlines are met. Manage customer accounts and oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Collaborate closely with internal teams and customers throughout the product development process. Act as the first point of contact for customer communications, handling enquiries via phone and email. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Keep up to date with food and beverage market trends, innovations, and consumer preferences. Maintain accurate records and customer information within internal systems.
