You''ll be the subject matter expert in the room, leading the charge on implementation and embedding best practice from day one.The RoleYou''ll be responsible for the full payroll cycle across multiple territories, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery at all times. Working alongside one Payroll Administrator based in the same Hemel offices, you''ll provide leadership, direction, and day-to-day support while managing workloads, cover, and professional development.Beyond BAU, you''ll drive payroll strategy, lead on projects including pay reviews and system migration, and act as the primary escalation point for complex queries.
