As the business continues to grow and win major infrastructure projects, they''re now looking to expand their Business Development team with an experienced and driven Bid Writer.The OpportunityThis is a critical role supporting the tendering and proposal process for high-value civil engineering and infrastructure projects. Working closely with the Tender Manager and a range of subject matter experts, you''ll take ownership of crafting persuasive responses to RFIs, PQQs, and ITTs-helping the company win strategically important contracts. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop win strategies and produce engaging, tailored bid responses aligned with evaluation criteria.Analyse tender documentation and drive bid planning and kick-off activities.Write, edit, and proofread high-quality submissions with a focus on clarity, tone, and messaging.Collaborate cross-functionally with departments including Operations, HR, Transport, and SHEQ to extract relevant information.Conduct market and competitor research to enhance the strength of submissions.Review feedback ..... full job details .....
