These should be produced and scored using the housing health and safety rating system guidance. These are to be produced with the intention that anyone may access and be able to understand.Produce a specification of works to capture the repairs requiredFirm Understanding of Schedule of Rates for Building Works and disrepair building maintenance surveying background would be desirableTo oversee start dates, works in progress, standards of workmanship, materials inclusive of health and safety measures including the construction and demolition management guidance including the health and safety executives legislation etc. Monitor and report variances to agreed standards and recommend corrective action.Attend post inspections following a set time period to capture if ..... full job details .....
