Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned and reactive maintenance engineering services as required to the client''s specification and BESA SFG 20 Standard Maintenance Specification.Carry out AC maintenance and small fabric works and first fix plumbing.Ensure works are carried out in line with the current regulations, legislation, company''s objectives, policies, and proceduresComplete all necessary paperwork.Keep accurate Records and Job sheets as issued by company CAFM Package.Identify risks and hazards and find workable solutions to rectify these issues.Ensuring health and safety is always adhered to.Identify equipment/appliances in the building which need fixing/replacing e.g., white goods, emergency, internal and external lighting, general fabric.Inform your manager and the site contact, as necessary, of work that needs to be carried out, explaining the potential impact that failing to do these works will have.Take appropriate steps to fix or make safe issues found immediately onsite.
