We are working with a welcoming primary school in Brent seeking to appoint an experienced SEN HLTA / Unqualified Teacher from September 2026. QTS is not essential for this role; however, candidates must have relevant experience working with pupils with SEN and be confident taking responsibility for the leadership and management of a classroom. The successful candidate will work closely with the SENCo and wider school team, delivering high-quality teaching and targeted support while contributing to the wider SEN provision across the school. Responsibilities of this SEN HLTA / Unqualified Teacher: Lead and manage a classroom, taking responsibility for the day-to-day organisation, routines, behaviour and learning environment. Deliver engaging, differentiated and inclusive lessons to pupils with SEN and additional needs. Support pupils'' academic, social and emotional development through personalised strategies and targeted interventions.
