Interim Group Financial Reporting Manager Swindon Hybrid (3 days onsite) ASAP StartWe''re seeking an Interim Group Financial Reporting Manager to support a PLC environment, reporting to the Group Financial Controller. This role will lead external financial reporting and technical accounting, with ownership of group consolidation and statutory reporting.Key responsibilities include:Preparation of consolidated annual and interim financial statements and disclosuresManaging the external audit processOwnership of the consolidation system (Oracle HFM)Preparation of Audit Committee papersOversight of subsidiary statutory accountsAdvising on IFRS and technical accounting mattersSupporting group-wide finance projects and maintaining accounting policiesKey requirements:ACA / ACCA qualifiedStrong PLC and IFRS reporting experienceHands-on consolidation system experience (Oracle HFM or similar)Confident working with senior stakeholdersAble to hit tight deadlines in an interim capacityInterim role Hybrid (3 days in Swindon) Immediate startIf you are interested then please apply to this role or send a copy of your CV or call and ask for Thamina.
