The Role
You’ll take ownership of building services across projects from early design through to handover.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing M&E design coordination, delivery, and commissioning

• Working alongside pre-construction teams to ensure proposals meet client and contract requirements

• Managing design information, drawings, and approvals in line with programme

• Ensuring compliance with regulations, specs, and third-party standards

• Integrating building services into the overall construction programme

• Driving quality standards across all M&E elements

• Monitoring progress and supporting delivery teams with specialist subcontractors

• Assisting commercial teams with variations and valuations

• Leading commissioning, handover, and end-user training

• Attending and leading technical and progress meetings

What they’re looking for

• Proven experience managing building services on construction projects

• Background in either mechanical or electrical disciplines

• Experience working for a main contractor, consultancy, or specialist subcontractor

• Relevant qualification (HNC/HND/Degree in Building Services or similar preferred)

• Strong coordination and communication skills
