Telesales Executive (Lead Generation)

Location: Preston Docks | Office based | Hours: Mon-Fri (no weekends) 36 hours
Salary: £24,000 basic per year | Realistic uncapped OTE between £30,000-£40,000

We pride ourselves on providing clients with an unparalleled service as we support them through the process of selling or buying a business and help them achieve their goals.Altius Group is delighted to be a finalist and runner up for 2024 Employer of the Year and Medium Business of the Year in Lancashire Business View’s Red Rose Awards.Responsibilities of the Telesales Executive Role:Proactively prospect via outbound calling with new and existing clientsTo be relentless in meeting targets and KPI’s on a daily and weekly basisTo present our services and work as a team to achieve our goal of to be the number 1 Business broker in the UKEnsure quality bookings are set up as appointments for our Associate Director team.To maximise the efficiency of the diaries for the Associate DirectorsTo use persuasive language and active listening skills to present company services and products to potential clients to secure interestTo gather and document information about the customer and accurately record those conversations through our CRM system.To build strong relationships with potential customers, colleagues, and the field sales teamActively drive career progression and self-growthTo always act professionally and contribute/ provide support to the wider team.Expectations of the Telesales Executive RoleYou’ll have the passion and enthusiasm to build successful relationships with clients.
