You will take each job from the first enquiry, through quoting and costing, to managing it through the workshops and delivering it to the customer. This is an office based role rather than a hands-on one, so you will be managing resources and people. To begin with you will be in the office Monday to Friday, and as your confidence grows you will start visiting customers, aiming for around 25% of your time. A full UK driving licence is needed for this.
