Business Development Manager London We are looking for a BDM for a client of ours within the energy industry to take on a role as a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for expanding the business'' commercial client base, identifying opportunities for new business and closing deals to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities: Acquire mid-market and commercial accounts, covering both electricity and gas customers. Create and enable innovative ways to generate leads, discover potential clients and opportunities before converting to sales. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. Provide trustworthy feedback and pre-sales support. Build initial relationships with new customers/prospects. Help to plan sales campaigns. Experience: Strong interpersonal skills, with a confident approach to sales. Experience in negotiating and selling products and contracts. An entrepreneurial mindset with a creative approach to selling and developing new business. Energy industry experience would be advantageous but isn''t necessary to be successful in the role.
